Aesthetic treatments can legally only be carried out on over 18's, patients under the age of 25 will be required to provide ID prior to treatment.
Appointments are to be rescheduled or cancelled at least 24 hours before your booked date or you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment fee.
Failure to attend an appointment will result in 100% charge of treatment booked. For free consultations, a no show cancellation fee of £30 will be applied before rebooking.
